Most of the problems within primary clarifiers’ operation are caused due to corrosion of its metal structure elements. That’s why the basis of reconstruction forms an application of corrosion-resistant materials. First of all it refers to baffle glasses and crest weirs made of polymers, which allows to adjust flow speed in clarifier and as a result to increase settling efficiency. It is optionally installed wear-resistant half-plunged board.
