AQUA-LINE-M aeration systemThe distinctive design feature of the AQUA-LINE-M diffuser is a removable dispersion element. Enhanced durability of the support pipe ensures reliability and a long service life of ECOPOLYMER aeration systems. A gap between the dispersion element and the support pipe together with the optimal location of openings in the support pipe guarantees even air distribution along the diffuser. The mass transfer characteristics of the diffusers have been obtained on the basis of the standard methodology of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). AQUA-TOR diffusers (АР-420 Т)The AQUA-TOR diffuser provides effective wastewater oxygenation and activated sludge mixing. The unique toroid-shape form of the diffuser enables the intensive sludge mixing, due to the additional airlifting effect.

AQUA-MIX PNEUMATIC HYDRAULIC MIXERS (AC-300)
We offer AQUA-MIX pneumatic hydraulic mixers for aeration tanks with mixing areas (nitrogen and phosphorus removal). Its outward appearance makes the mixer similar to fine-bubble plate type diffuser AP-300M. The main its feature constitutes flexible membrane being non-perforated. Air diffusion is carried out by means of additional openings located at the bottom of diffuser disk case. Due to specially engineered medium-bubble disk diffuser it has become possible to achieve ultimate reduction of its mass transfer characteristics within required sludge mixing. Air, spread from the diffuser, is being used mainly for sludge mixing in aeration tank, but not for oxidation. These diffusers have proved their excellent operation abilities.
