Municipal enterprisesEcopolymer Group offers different methods of mechanical and biological wastewater treatment, its disinfection and sludge dehydration.More than 15 years-old ECOPOLYMER experience has shown the potential of municipal water supply and sewerage engineering-and-economical performance improvement by using equipment with high processing characteristics. So the application of ECOPOLYMER modern aeration systems had caused the increase of effectiveness upon BOD (5-10%,) and ammonia nitrogen (20-30%,) removal. The reduction of power consumption for wastewater treatment has reached 20-30% or even 40% and more within isolated cases. Positive results have also being reached under the implementation of the following projects of Ecopolymer Group: modern drainage-distributing system in water preparation filters, reconstruction of primary and secondary tanks, reconstruction of screens for mechanical wastewater treatment, technologies and equipment for removal of biogenic compounds from wastewater, sludge and slurry treatment equipment etc. During last years certain results have been reached by ECOPOLYMER in the field of water preparation technologies especially for conditions, which are complicated with the source water properties. In such way it has been developed the technology of high-colored and low feculence water treatment. Deironing plants created against ECOPOLYMER design meets the exacting requirements of drinking water quality. Ecopolymer Group has accomplished the construction design of rinsing water station dehydration plant (performance – 3-4 tons/day of solid matter considering all-around automation of the technological process). The accomplishment of this project will allow preventing more than 3,5 million m/year waste disposal (rinsing water with aluminum content of about 30 mg/l) to ponds. The tasks of filtration at water supply plants are successfully solved by our company. Rapid filters and contact clarifiers of water preparation plants are equipped with AFT drainage-distributing system designed by ECOPOLYMER. Reconstruction of 62 plants on CIS countries territory has been accomplished (that is equal to 400 rapid filters). |
