Rapid filters reconstruction with flushing type changing

Appliance of water-air flushing allows to achieve 30-60 % rinsing water volume reduction and to increase flushing efficiency. Water-air flushing allows not only to improve filtration bed flushing but also to increase operation efficiency of rapid filters within the basic process cycle – filtration. Within water-air flushing height bed fractionation effect is being observed much less than within water flushing. As it is known bed fractionation is one of the negative factors, which can considerably affects the duration of rapid filters filtration cycle.
