Stainless steel check-in valves

In order to accomplish water flow control at biological WWTPs we offer sealed check-in valves.

Structurally the valve consists of movable shield and stationary frame rigidly fixed in the channel. Depends on flow area size and hydraulic load rate the shield is being made of one or several bars and casing.

Valve is equipped with the original sealing facility which allows channel’s hermetic shut-off.
Shield is moved to an operation position applying screw lifting mechanism with manual drive. Optionally valve can be equipped with electric drive. Frame structure foresees multipurpose anchors for valves’ bolting in the existing channels, which reduces mounting costs.
