  Depends on wastewater disposal mode frame (forcing) and tray (free-flow) devices are applied. Challenge of tray systems appliance is determined by wastewater disposal mode being free-flow at the most of sewerage WWTPs. Modular design of such systems allows to mount the device in free-flow effluent channels and contact tanks and to present water treatment performance from 10 to 100 000 m3/hour. Continuous automated treatment within the device operation process supports constant supply of specified UV-raying dose without any maintenance personnel lamps monitoring. The monitoring is carried out by the certified calibrated sensors and automatically programmable logic controller.  Automated UV-lamps power control system (within the scope of 50-100%) provides 20-25% power consumption reduction and prolongs lamps working life period.ECOPOLYMER long-term experience of biologically treated wastewater UV-disinfection system implementation allows them to be recommended for wide application at differently performed WWTPs. |
