| Full reconstruction of Chisinau wastewater treatment plant is finished |

SIF ECOPOLYMER together with the largest Swedish company - SKANSKA Group -
has finished a large-scale project - full reconstruction of the municipal
wastewater treatment plant of the city of Chisinau. The project was financed by
EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development). ECOPOLYMER has
performed 80% of the works stipulated by the project.
At the final meeting this November the management of Vodokanal (water and sewerage
service company) of the city of Chisinau highly estimated the quality and
terms of completion of the works under the project.

"SU ARNASY-2003. Water use: reality, problems and prospects" that were held in Shymkent
(Kazakhstan) on June 26-27 under the auspices of the Government of the Republic of
Kazakhstan. The visitors and participants of the event showed great interest in the
equipment exhibited by Ecopolymer.

In January 2003 the Ecopolymer diffusers were tested according to German Standard ATV - M 209 at the Institute of Urban Water Economy and Waste Disposal Technologies of the University of Hannover, Germany. The test results were certified in the oxygen mass transfer characteristics certificates issued by the Institute. |
