Small Wastewater Treatment Plants

For wastewater treatment in small towns we are offering new type compact wastewater treatment plants with daily flow rate between 100-4000 m3.

The plant includes fine mechanical treatment unit, sequencing batch reactors (SBR) and disinfection unit.

Treatment and sedimentation processes are held in one and the same reservoir. The plants are almost fully resistant to uneven wastewater flow rates and contaminants, as well as ensure high BOD, SS, nitrogen and phosphorus removal grade.

Principal Process Scheme:

I - wastewater pumping station;
II - building;
1 - percolator;
2 - submersible pump;
3 - grit chamber;
4 - air blower;
5 - SBR;
6 - disinfection unit;
7 - sludge and reactor discharge pipeline;
8 - discharge pipeline.

Treatment and sedimentation in compact wastewater treatment plants are held in one reservoir - SBR.

Process steps during SBR operation: filling, aeration, sedimentation, treated wastewater discharge, excess activated sludge discharge.
