Reconstruction and extension of the city’s sewerage treatment plants
The main tasks:
- 1,5 times capacity increase of the treatment plants without construction of additional capacitive structures;
- to provide wastewater treatment quality up to the wastes discharge standards of fish industry;
- to replace current manufacturing equipment running at emergency situation.
The main stages of the setting problems implementation:
- Site examination, estimation of capacity of existing plants and accessible treatment results;
- Investigation of the new manufacturing scheme which allows to increase the capacity of STP and provide the required treatment quality;
- Winning the contest on being entitled as the designer of the plant rebuilding construction documents;
- Introduction of several innovations:
- complex of thin mechanical treatment on the basis of the thin treatment screen and aerating sand catcher;
- reequipment of primary tanks to biological treatment anaerobic tanks.
- Winning the contest on being entitled to accomplish constructional and mounting works as the General Contractor;
- The following works has been accomplished: reconstruction of mechanical and biological WWTPs, change of pumping and air-blowing equipment. Domestic manufactured equipment and equipment of the leading world partnership companies was applied for these works.
As a result of the accomplishment of the mentioned tasks we have achieved needed water quality requirements and 1,5 times performance increase of sewerage treatment plant without construction of additional capacitive structures.

Reconstruction of the city’s sewerage treatment plants
The main tasks:
- undertime reconstruction of all the tanks at the non-stop mode applying modern aeration system;
- replacement of airlifts on modern submersible pumps.
The main stages of the setting problems implementation:
- Existing plant examination. As a result of unpredictable earthquake sewerage treatment plants of g. Kishinev were significantly damaged;
- Determination of the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) as the main source of operations financing;
- Implementation of reconstruction designs;
- Supply of the aeration system and pumping equipment; undertime execution of mounting and commissioning.
As a result of the accomplished works the city’s sewerage treatment plants were reconstructed and put into operation.
Nizhny Novgorod region
Reconstruction of sewerage treatment plants of the Zavolzhskiy engine industrial enterprise and Gorodets city
The main tasks:
- modern equipment implementation;
- chlorine application refusal;
- sewerage treatment plants flood protection;
- turnkey basis.

- Estimation of received treatment quality;
- Implementation of sewerage treatment plants reconstruction design.
